
个人简介
冯旭东,长聘副教授(特别研究员),博士生导师。2014年在奥克兰大学(新西兰)获工学博士学位,同年进入365上市公司官网工作。目前担任365上市公司官网生物化工研究所副所长、生物技术药物学学科方向责任教授。研究领域包括生物催化与酶工程、合成生物学与代谢工程,研究内容主要包括植物天然产物合成与改性过程中关键酶的挖掘、催化机制和分子进化解析、分子改造及工程化应用。2019年入选北京市科技新星计划。

研究领域:(1)生物催化与酶工程;(2)合成生物学与代谢工程。
研究方向:以植物天然产物合成过程中关键酶的挖掘、工程化改造及应用为目标,开发人工智能驱动的酶挖掘和分子改造技术;通过祖先酶重构手段揭示酶分子进化轨迹;利用结构生物学手段研究酶的结构和功能之间的构效关系;通过蛋白质工程手段对酶的稳定性、活性、底物特异性等方面进行分子改造,获得满足工业化需求的高效酶制剂;通过构建无细胞催化体系或微生物细胞工厂高效合成植物天然产物,利用生化反应工程及代谢工程的策略对生物转化过程进行强化,为实现其产业化提供理论指导。
指导博士后1人、在读博士生4人、硕士生6人。已毕业博士生4人、硕士生13人,均找到满意工作,职业生涯发展顺利。团队经费充裕,科研氛围良好,每年有若干博士和硕士研究生招生指标,欢迎志同道合的学生加盟本团队,通过科研的磨练升华自己!
